Senior Producer – New Platforms
SOFTGAMES
• Build the product strategy and roadmap for emerging gaming platforms • Become the internal expert on new platforms by understanding their audiences, platform capabilities, APIs, monetization models, discovery systems, and competitive landscape • Identify new product opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, player feedback, and platform insights • Define and prioritize product initiatives based on player impact, business value, and development effort • Analyze player behavior, funnels, retention, monetization, and A/B test results to make data driven product decisions • Design and improve gameplay, onboarding, progression, monetization, and platform features that increase player engagement and business performance • Own feature delivery from concept to launch by aligning priorities across teams, managing scope, and driving execution • Work closely with Business Development to maximize platform opportunities, partnerships, and promotional activities • Collaborate with Engineering to plan development, prioritize work, remove blockers, and deliver high quality features efficiently • Coordinate launches, measure performance, and continuously improve the product based on data and player feedback • Build knowledge and best practices that help SOFTGAMES succeed on future platforms
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Game Development, or Game Design within free to play games
- Strong understanding of casual games, player motivation, progression, monetization, LiveOps, and product optimization
- Excellent product instincts with the ability to turn market opportunities and player insights into successful features
- Highly analytical with strong experience using KPIs, funnels, retention metrics, monetization data, and experimentation to drive decisions
- Proven ability to lead cross functional projects from concept to launch
- Commercial mindset with a passion for growing products and exploring new opportunities
- Comfortable working with technical teams and able to understand platform capabilities, APIs, and technical constraints
- Strong prioritization, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and excited by emerging gaming platforms and new technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Based within CET ±2 hours.
