Role Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of proven success in leading end-to-end project delivery. A Program/Project Manager having strong operating maturity, stakeholder management capability, and execution discipline. The role requires strong product ownership, cross-functional alignment, roadmap management, and the ability to drive outcomes across both business and technology stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met. - Distribute and prioritize work across cross-functional teams to ensure balanced workloads and smooth execution. - Lead daily stand-ups and provide structured updates on progress, risks, and dependencies. - Act as the single point of accountability for project execution, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution. - Drive project planning, sprint management, milestone tracking, and reporting. - Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans proactively. - Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment. - Maintain documentation, status reports, dashboards, and communication cadence with leadership. - Ensure delivery governance, compliance, and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or engineering environments. - Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, and daily Agile ceremonies. - Proven ability to lead teams, remove blockers, and drive accountability. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills. - Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with attention to detail. - Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar. Preferred Qualifications - PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications. - Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams. - Background in software development, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
