Associate Technical Recruiter
Capital Technology Group, LLC
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to onboarding • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards (LinkedIn, Clearance Jobs), networking, and referrals. • Screen candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role • Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to understand role requirements, timelines, and advise on the best hiring strategy • Write clear, compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements. • Support proposal efforts by identifying contingent candidates • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System • Maintain accurate recruiting metrics via our Applicant Tracking System • Support CTG’s recruiting-focused employer branding efforts, including social media and outreach campaigns, to attract top talent. • Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Stay informed about government contracting (GovCon) hiring trends, labor market shifts, and clearance-related news. • Train and develop CTG's team of interviewers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year focused on technical or GovCon roles
- Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to improve and streamline recruiting processes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and critical thinking
- Ability to understand and discuss security clearance requirements with candidates
- Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience sourcing and hiring high-caliber technical talent across various disciplines, such as software engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. This role is pivotal for managing senior-level searches, engaging with Engineering leaders, and building effective partnerships across the Tech and People organizations. You will play a critical role in shaping our team by identifying and engaging talent that contributes to the diversity and success of our teams at Ro and by facilitating a seamless hiring process. This will be a 6-month contract with the potential to extend. What You'll Do: - Full-Cycle Recruitment | Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from job requisition to offer acceptance, with a primary focus on Senior and Staff+ roles across Engineering. - Talent Sourcing | Build deeply targeted sourcing strategies and market maps to identify and engage high caliber, often passive technical talent. Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, AI talent platforms, and Boolean search techniques. - Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration | Partner closely with our Engineering leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of each role and how it fits into the organization. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the People and Talent teams. - Process Optimization | Design and own structured, competency-based interview practices and refine processes to optimize candidate experience and recruiting impact. - Data-Driven Insights | Analyze recruiting metrics, including pipeline and sourcing conversion rates, to identify roadblocks and develop strategic solutions. Use these insights to engage stakeholders and drive improvements in the hiring process. What You’ll Bring to the Team: - Experience | 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a high-growth technology company or startup. At least 3 years experience hiring Senior and Staff level Software Engineers. A track record of building pipelines for highly specialized and hard-to-fill engineering roles. Experience hiring for Infrastructure or Cybersecurity roles is a plus. - Strong Stakeholder Management | Ability to influence at various levels in an organization, anchoring on data-driven decision-making. Proven ability to effectively partner with, advise, and coach hiring managers, interviewers, and other key stakeholders. - Sourcing Expertise | Expert-level sourcing capabilities using creative, multi-platform strategies. - Communication Skills | Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. - ATS | Hands on experience with Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS. • Own full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers • Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor — defining role requirements, building sourcing strategy, and aligning on hiring priorities and timelines • Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive technical and product talent through proactive sourcing and outbound outreach • Drive candidates through the process with speed and rigor, managing multiple concurrent searches without dropping quality • Use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to inform decisions, report on progress, and continuously improve process • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and hiring teams to support Sidecar Health's hiring plan
• Independently source suitable IT candidates for our search mandates • Develop and optimize search strategies (Boolean, X‑Ray Search, semantic search, etc.) • Active sourcing using modern recruiting and research tools • Personalized initial outreach to potential candidates • Conduct virtual initial interviews for technical and personal pre-screening • Assess candidate fit based on the job requirements and produce structured interview notes • Present suitable candidates to the recruiting team • Document activities in our ATS • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team on search strategy, target profiles, and search progress
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of U.S.-based, non-Engineering open roles, from intake through offer • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and set hiring timelines • Run high-volume recruiting processes efficiently, including managing large candidate pipelines and coordinating high interview volume • Proactively source and engage passive candidates for harder-to-fill or specialized roles using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools • Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experience
