Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of consumer product experience
- Sales experience working with home improvement retailers, eCommerce, hardware channels and lawn and garden or general merchandise categories preferred
- Experience working with and managing independent sales representatives and/or brokers
- Experience with short- and long-term sales planning, forecasting, budgeting and executing merchandising plans
- Track record of superior performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree required
