Compliance & Risk Analyst
Presidio
• Support compliance activities across vendor management, indirect procurement, internal sustainability data, domestic logistics, warehousing, transport of customer equipment, OEM sourcing, and partner program rules. • Assist with documentation, monitoring, evidence collection, and issue tracking for assigned compliance activities. • Support internal sustainability data governance, including energy usage, greenhouse gas data, Scope 1, Scope 2, and related Scope metrics. • Help maintain compliance logs, risk trackers, corrective action records, and supporting documentation for audit readiness. • Support quarterly compliance summaries and operational updates for leadership. • Collaborate with the Senior Analyst, Governance & Operations Optimization, who will provide prioritized workflow opportunities from the Continuous Improvement team, and help assess each workflow for risks, errors, duplications, manual handoffs, and inefficiencies. • Partner with the Senior Analyst to translate prioritized workflow findings into automation concepts, AI use cases, control considerations, documentation needs, and recommended next steps. • Help develop practical automation and AI strategies for approved workflow improvements. • Translate business requirements into low-code automation concepts, prompts, process maps, controls, and testing plans. • Use tools such as Copilot or Claude to support low-code workflow analysis, documentation, summarization, and process improvement activities. • Coordinate with business owners to confirm workflow intent, expected outputs, control needs, and adoption requirements. • Identify, document, and escalate compliance, process, data quality, and control risks within assigned areas. • Track follow-up actions and help ensure corrective actions are documented and completed. • Support internal and external audit readiness through evidence preparation, documentation review, and corrective action tracking. • Assist with periodic reviews of assigned compliance processes to confirm records, controls, and responsibilities remain current.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, operations, process improvement, or workflow documentation
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and escalate risks appropriately
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent written communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, confidentiality, and ethical business practices
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills
- Working knowledge of low-code AI tools, prompt development, workflow documentation, or process automation concepts
- Ability to translate business process issues into practical automation, control, or documentation recommendations
- At least 2 years of experience gathering, monitoring, documenting, or analyzing data
- At least 2 years of experience managing third-party supplier relationships
- At least 2 years of experience in risk management and strategy development
- Demonstrated understanding of compliance workflows and tools.
- Experience using Copilot, Claude, or similar tools to support workflow analysis, documentation, summarization, or low-code process improvement
- Intermediate understanding of compliance controls, vendor or procurement governance, sustainability data, logistics operations, OEM sourcing, or partner program requirements
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for delivering reports and updates to compliance managers and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Previous participation in compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- At least 4 years of experience in an operations environment

Role Description Vestis is seeking a Director of Compliance to help manage and further mature the company’s ethics and compliance program. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, this role will support compliance governance, risk assessment, policies and procedures, training and communications, hotline and investigation processes, monitoring and auditing, and reporting to senior leadership and the Audit Committee. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, practical business orientation, and the ability to translate compliance requirements into clear, field-focused processes that can be implemented consistently across the organization.
