Role Description Branded Group is seeking experienced, highly motivated Facilities Coordinators to join our Service Operations team. In this role, you will manage emergency and after-hours maintenance requests for national clients while delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely response, and driving cost-effective resolutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem solving, communicates effectively with clients and vendors, and can successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This position plays a critical role in maintaining seamless operations outside of standard business hours and requires strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Service Coordination & Work Order Management - Manage emergency service requests for national clients and ensure timely resolution. - Coordinate service providers, technicians, property managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful completion of work orders. - Meet client-specific emergency response requirements, typically ranging from two to four hours. - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, notes, and status updates across multiple software platforms. - Monitor work orders from initiation through completion, ensuring all required information and documentation are captured. - Budget Management & Cost Control - Review labor, material, and subcontractor costs to ensure pricing accuracy and cost effectiveness. - Negotiate vendor pricing and service costs while maintaining strong vendor relationships. - Balance client expectations with profitability objectives by maintaining appropriate margins. - Obtain multiple vendor quotes when required and evaluate pricing and scope to ensure the best value. - Client Communication - Build and maintain positive client relationships through responsive and solution-oriented service. - Escalate service issues, delays, cost increases, and other concerns as appropriate. - Maintain accurate schedules, status updates, and service documentation. - Provide proactive and professional communication to clients via email, phone, and customer portals. Requirements - Fully remote position requiring a dedicated home office workspace. - Reliable high-speed internet connection is required. - This is a full-time position, typically requiring 40 hours per week. - Shifts are generally 8 to 10 hours in length and may be scheduled during the following times: - Monday through Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 AM Pacific Time - Saturday and Sunday on varying schedules - Flexibility of working evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as assigned is required. Compensation $26.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
