• Review and interpret environmental requirements and applicable legislation as outlined in project documents and permits, including the Project EMS, CEMP, and contract • Implement environmental compliance programs on projects, including developing and implementing Environmental Protection and Mitigation Plans • Support continuous improvement of Valard's Environmental Management System (EMS) and Environmental Manual • Proactively identify and report any major or unforeseen environmental issues to the Project or Environmental Manager; ensure any direction from client representatives or regulators is reviewed and approved by the Construction Manager or Project Manager prior to implementation • Track and maintain permit applications and renewal status • Support wildlife sweeps, including amphibians, birds, reptiles, mammals, and fish sampling activities • Develop and submit accurate, timely, and complete environmental deliverables in accordance with Valard's EMS and project and regulatory requirements • Manage environmental risks and respond to environmental incidents as required; ensure construction teams receive ongoing environmental awareness

• Review Home Health prior authorization requests for medical necessity using CMS regulations, the Medicare Benefit Policy Manual, and Clover clinical guidelines • Perform initial and concurrent clinical reviews for Home Health services • Ensure timely completion of utilization management reviews in accordance with CMS requirements and Clover policies • Collaborate with home health agencies, physicians, case managers, and internal care management teams to obtain clinical documentation • Identify opportunities to optimize care plans while promoting appropriate utilization of Home Health services • Apply sound clinical judgment and critical thinking to support evidence-based decision-making • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within utilization management platforms and electronic medical records • Build collaborative relationships with provider partners to facilitate timely authorizations • Maintain productivity and quality while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education related to CMS regulations

• Match qualified applicants and VAs to client requirements based on skills, experience, and competencies. • Search and source suitable candidates using Breezy HR, Google Drive, and other internal databases. • Review, interpret, and analyze open job descriptions to understand client needs and expectations. • Conduct thorough resume evaluations and candidate profile assessments. • Determine the appropriate VA or applicant tier based on resume review, competency assessments, and relevant experience. • Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to ensure the timely completion of recruitment and endorsement-related activities. • Maintain accurate records and update candidate information in Breezy HR, spreadsheets, and other tracking systems. • Conduct outreach and schedule applicants for further skills assessments when necessary. • Build and maintain engagement with VAs through regular communication and follow-ups. • Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing guidance, expectations, and interview best practices. • Deliver constructive feedback to candidates regarding interview performance, strengths, and areas for improvement. • Review candidate portfolios and identify errors, inconsistencies, or enhancement opportunities. • Facilitate VA onboarding by introducing company policies, procedures, and expectations. • Serve as a liaison between the Client Success Team and VA candidates throughout the endorsement process. • Participate in VA-client interview meetings and assist in presenting candidates to clients. • Generate reports and provide updates on candidate endorsements, placements, and recruitment activities as needed.

• Contribute shaping Kraken’s M&A, venture strategy and identifying high-value opportunities • Drive M&A, venture investments and develop recommendations that push initiatives forward • Spearhead the end-to-end deal process, from initial diligence to closing • Articulate key value drivers and considerations for potential M&A and venture opportunities in concise deal memos; build consensus across Leadership and the wider organization • Oversee the development of pro forma financial models and valuation analyses • Coordinate the due diligence process in concert with cross-functional stakeholders • Build and maintain an extensive network in the crypto and financial services industry to stay on top of key trends and developments • Contribute to enhancing the Corporate Development function by identifying opportunities to improve processes and mentoring team members • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
