This role requires disciplined outbound activity, strategic follow-up, emotional intelligence, and strong sales backbone. If you are only comfortable closing “already sold” leads, this is not the role for you. Your Key Responsibilities Maintain 80–100 strategic outbound touchpoints per day across calls, texts, emails, and video messages Execute structured 8–12 touch follow-up sequences before disqualifying leads Proactively nurture both new and older leads until a clear decision is reached Confidently handle objections around cost, time, skepticism, and past failed treatments Set strong expectations during booking to protect show rates Confirm appointments and reinforce commitment prior to arrival Track and improve lead-to-booking conversion rates Accurately document all communication in our CRM Continuously improve performance through weekly coaching and call review This is a metrics-driven role. We track booking rate, show rate, and conversion rate closely.
