• Coordinate and review safety data, utilizing line listings and/or other visualization tools. • Identify potential issues and resolve or escalate as appropriate. • Review safety data and provide summations for safety review meetings. • Help manage routine project implementation, forecasting and coordination. • Monitor the status of the data review and escalate any delays and/or risks to stakeholders. • Resolve complex problems through in-depth evaluation of various factors and offers solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related Health Sciences (Physician's Assistant) or licensed RN
  • Previous experience to provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years)
  • 2+ years clinical safety experience (clinical research monitoring, or pharmacovigilance or combination of clinical research monitoring and pharmacovigilance)
  • Knowledge of GCPs for medical oversight of clinical trials and SAE processing
  • Knowledge of drug development and safety reporting
  • Knowledge of safety data trending to include coding
  • Working knowledge of biostatistics, data management and clinical procedures

• Supervision, mentoring, and/or training of Construction Project Managers in the performance of their duties • Develop, review, and/or approve the final scope of work letters for Five Below developed projects before this is used for the executed lease to ensure that Five Below’s exposure is eliminated, and standards are met • Develop, review, and/or approve the final budgets to be used for REC for Five Below developed projects and before the final lease budgets are approved by Directors for all Five Below developed projects • Manage the entire construction process (initial site assessment, budgeting, planning, execution, monitoring, punch list, fixturing, turnover to Operations, closeout, and warranty period) on all assigned projects • Provide updates and reports to the appropriate internal and external business partners as required and as needed for new stores, remodels, expansions, and relocations • Manage/resolve/report any issues or conditions relevant to the terms of the Lease, work letter, Design, or Construction that may arise, by providing solutions and/or guidance and reporting any impact related to operations, schedule, budget, and quality • Be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to: Real Estate, Landlord Representatives, Store Planning, IT, Purchasing, 3rd party suppliers, 3rd party and directly hired general contractors, Facilities and Maintenance department, Merchandise Presentation, and Field Operations • Survey prospective sites and review conditions, negotiate with Landlords any construction items and provide budgets that reflect site conditions • Review and approve construction documents and submittals for conformity to Lease and relevance to site conditions, etc. and provide guidance for store design and operations • Track assigned construction projects' progress, review sites/conditions, conduct delivery inspections with Landlords and report progress via site visits, weekly reports, and weekly calls • Manage project updates and reports using enterprise management software currently Sitefolio • Conduct the Five Below construction RFP process with General Contractors and negotiate the final construction contract • Determine construction schedules, manage the job schedules with vendors/coordinators, and conduct final inspections with the store opening team, identifying any deficiencies • Ensure that all outstanding Landlord or Five Below construction related punch list items are completed to satisfaction within the appropriate time frame per lease • Establish and maintain preliminary budgets for Rec approval and final budgets for lease execution on all assigned projects • Provide cost guidance, tracking, and forecasting with respect to any changes to the project • Review all construction related costs on all projects and identify any potential opportunities for savings and value engineering • Periodically conduct the RFP process to introduce new vendors to capture potential efficiencies and economies • Direct responsibility to manage Prototype & Construction Best Practice manuals and communication of changes to the full Construction team • Provide guidance to store facilities maintenance regarding potential warranty issues with regards to Landlord or Five Below General Contractor work • Manage remodels for existing stores, coordinating all efforts of legal, design, operations, and outside vendors
