Role Description We are looking for a dynamic experienced Revenue Analyst who is eager to collaborate and support significant growth at a global, publicly traded software company! Based in India, you will join a collaborative global Revenue team, reporting to a supportive EMEA-based Senior Manager dedicated to mentorship and professional growth. What You Will Be Doing - Be a key contributor to the month-end Elastic Revenue close process by evaluating appropriate revenue recognition with respect to ASC 606. - Be a critical member of a collaborative, cross-functional team, directly influencing strategic decisions and driving continuous process improvements. - Support UAT and ad-hoc projects focused on rapidly evolving product and process enhancements to support Elastic Revenue growth. - Contribute to the integrity of our financial systems by maintaining and enhancing internal control documentation and leading SOX compliance efforts. - Support the integration and optimization of Elastic Revenue data across RevPro, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Sigma BI, ensuring seamless and consistent reporting. - Contribute to automation initiatives to streamline Revenue Team workpapers and reporting, driving efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications - 2+ years of overall experience in revenue with an understanding of ASC 606, including software and SaaS related principles. - Big 4 Experience preferred. - RevPro, NetSuite and Salesforce experience preferred. - Google Workspace applications including Google BigQuery, Gemini, Gmail, G-Sheets, G-Docs, NoteBooksLM+ experience preferred. - Sigma or comparable Front End BI Tool experience desired. - AI Tool experience highly desired. - A high level of enthusiasm and a positive demeanor; you take pride in your work and view challenges as opportunities to learn. - Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, global company and are comfortable collaborating across functions. - Hands-on experience with revenue automation software (RevPro preferred), understand the basic workflows through the system and have ideas around potential improvements. - Revenue related operational experience, including reconciliations and managing complex large datasets. - A continuous improvement mindset to navigate evolving and ambiguous change with curiosity, agility, and composure. - Ability to work both independently and prioritize work streams in a distributed, dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and social skills, both verbal and written. - A talent for simplifying and summarizing sophisticated information leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills. - A strong desire for learning, growth and development. - A fast learner with the ability to investigate independently and a strong attention to detail.
