Training and Development Analyst I – T&D B2C
Grupo Boticário
• Operational organization of Retail Onboarding (management of weekly schedules, participant lists, surveys, materials, communications, mailings, etc.) • Sending communications to mentors/sponsors, updating WhatsApp groups (new hires and occasional departures) • Control and management of onboarding kits (operational handling) • Delivery of retail onboarding sessions during the monthly windows (classroom facilitation) • Updating onboarding materials (when necessary) • Monitoring new hire satisfaction surveys • Management and organization of suppliers and invoice payments • Delivery of in-person training sessions
Job Requirements
- Previous experience delivering training
- Strong instructional and communication skills
- Availability to travel for on-site training delivery
- Familiarity with Google Meet and Google Slides/Presentations
- Knowledge of store operations and direct sales is a plus
