• Identify and communicate information related to Rx Product category to increase sales team competency • Drive new business and retain existing business in the pharmaceutical category • Collaborate with Category Management and Sales Leaders for strategic growth • Educate sales teams and support field sales organization • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and customers • Ensure sales strategies align with corporate and manufacturer initiatives • Provide insights on competitive threats
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding financial sales goals
- Strong pharmaceutical product knowledge
- Established relationships within primary care and extended care markets
- Experience working with primary care and/or extended care customers
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from prospecting through close
- Strong business acumen, including understanding of pricing strategies and margin management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
