Global Assistance Coordinator
Seven Corners, Inc.
• Manage a high volume of work with exceptional organizational and time management skills with a high sense of urgency and accuracy. • Respond to incoming calls from customers experiencing travel or medical emergencies, providing clear guidance through both the intake and coordination processes to ensure efficient and compassionate support. • Arrange assistance services including but not limited to emergency evacuations, medical repatriations, hospital guarantee of payments, return of remains, pre-certifications • Coordinate care with domestic and international hospitals on behalf of the customer. • Work closely with external partners when arranging medically necessary transportation. • Collaborate closely with our Customer Service, Claims Department, and Medical Directors to ensure optimal service and quality care for our customers. • Handle confidential and proprietary information.
Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- The position is an mid-shift schedule during the following times: Monday – Thursday 10:30am – 9:00pm
- Participate in the on-call rotation nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High sense of urgency to serve as a comforting voice for those away from their home during a crisis.
