Order Management Specialist – Audit

Motive

• Support Sales and Fulfillment teams through the quote-to-cash process by helping ensure orders, accounts, and related audit activities are completed accurately and on time. • Use systems such as Salesforce and Zuora to investigate and resolve billing, payment, and account-related issues. • Review billing accounts and audit records to identify discrepancies, validate data accuracy, and recommend appropriate escalation when needed. • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve casework, improve operational workflows, and support scalable process enhancements. • Communicate status, issues, and findings clearly so stakeholders can make timely decisions and maintain smooth audit operations.

Job Requirements

  • (Fresh Graduate) with 6 Months - 1 years of experience in order management, audit, finance operations, billing operations, or a related business function.
  • A background in Finance or Accounting is preferred, with a solid understanding of billing flows, account analysis, or recurring contract structures.
  • Working knowledge of CRM or business systems, preferably Salesforce, and the ability to learn tools such as Zuora quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail when working with numbers, account records, and time-sensitive tasks.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English, with the judgment to solve issues independently and escalate when appropriate.
