Qualifications - Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related strategic finance role. - Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Advanced Excel skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources. - Experience supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. - Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work through ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders. - Preferred: Experience supporting partner, sales, go-to-market, or strategy organizations. - Background in technology, telecommunications, or related industries. - Experience with KPI development, performance management, and executive reporting. - Familiarity with SAP, SAC, Salesforce, or similar enterprise financial and data systems. - Exposure to dashboarding or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). - Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority. - Interest or exposure to emerging analytical tools, including AI-enabled capabilities.
