Cohere
• Develop product and technology communications strategies that support Cohere’s business goals, product roadmap, and technical differentiation • Partner with product, engineering, research, and modeling leaders to craft messaging, narratives, and materials that explain Cohere’s technology in accessible, high-impact ways • Lead communications around product launches, including messaging frameworks, FAQs, press releases, and executive talking points • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for customers, partners, analysts, and media • Collaborate with corporate comms to drive proactive storytelling that elevates Cohere’s technical leadership and product momentum • Work closely with marketing to ensure consistency across product marketing, developer content, and external communications • Support thought leadership for product, research, and modeling executives • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to refine messaging and understand what resonates with technical audiences • Prepare and support crisis and issues communications related to product, security, or technical incidents, partnering with Corporate Communications and relevant teams
Job Requirements
- Have 5–7 years of experience in product and technology communications, or technical content — ideally in AI, enterprise software, or developer‑focused environments
- Are an exceptional writer with a talent for simplifying complex technical topics without losing nuance
- Have experience partnering with product and engineering leaders and can operate as a trusted advisor
- Understand enterprise AI, machine learning, or developer ecosystems and are eager to go deeper
- Are highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong project management skills and a bias for action
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments
- Have experience with product launches, technical content development, or developer‑focused communications
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships to drive clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams

Role Description iRESTORE is seeking a Product Development Manager, Devices to lead the development and lifecycle optimization of our FDA-cleared and consumer wellness devices. We're looking for someone with regulated device development experience, strong commercial judgment, and a deep understanding of how technical development, testing, quality, compliance, manufacturing, and customer needs come together. The right candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable moving products from concept and prototyping through validation, design transfer, launch, and post-launch improvement. This role will manage complex timelines and external manufacturing partners while keeping product quality, cost, scalability, and customer experience at the center of each decision. This role reports to the Head of Product Development and collaborates closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, CS/CX, and external development partners.
