• Business Management: As a Verathon Sales Representative you will strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope ® product line. • Be a Trusted Partner: You will generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering presentations to customers including creative solutions to their problems. • Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets: You will generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations. • Understand your market: You will learn new industry and market information that allows you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years B2B outside sales experience
- Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine)
- Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must reside within territory, San Antonio area preferred
- Required overnight travel is 4 nights per month, on average, to cover territory that includes San Antonio west to state line and includes the Rio Grande Valley to Brownsville.
- Required to travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting, regional meetings and in person training, as needed.
Benefits
- Base Salary. $65,000
- Additional Commission Potential. $155,000-$205,000 ( The variable incentive (commission) for this position is estimated to be within this range. Actual commission may be lower or higher depending on quota attainment. For new hires starting after January 1st, commissions with be pro-rated based on start date and quota).
