• Auxiliar na realização de auditorias internas em processos trabalhistas, previdenciários, fiscais e administrativos; • Conferir e validar rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, previdenciárias e o cumprimento das obrigações acessórias; • Analisar obrigações fiscais de empresas optantes pelo Simples Nacional e Lucro Presumido, bem como suas respectivas obrigações acessórias; • Acompanhar, interpretar e analisar alterações na legislação trabalhista, previdenciária e tributária, avaliando seus impactos nos processos, sistemas e produtos da empresa; • Apoiar na análise da aderência dos sistemas e produtos à legislação vigente, identificando necessidades de ajustes e melhorias; • Auxiliar na elaboração de pareceres, orientações e materiais de apoio relacionados às alterações legais e requisitos de compliance; • Apoiar a realização de treinamentos e capacitações para as equipes internas sobre atualizações da legislação e boas práticas; • Identificar inconsistências, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos, contribuindo para a elaboração de relatórios e planos de ação; • Apoiar a implementação e o monitoramento de controles internos e procedimentos de compliance; • Prestar suporte às equipes internas na interpretação de normas e na regularização de não conformidades; • Organizar documentações e evidências de auditoria, garantindo a rastreabilidade das informações; • Auxiliar na elaboração de indicadores, relatórios gerenciais e no acompanhamento das ações decorrentes das auditorias.
Job Requirements
- Conhecimento da legislação tributária federal, estadual e municipal;
- Conhecimento das principais obrigações acessórias (SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, ECD e ECF);
- Habilidades com análise e validação de documentos fiscais e contábeis;
- Conhecimento em auditoria interna e controles internos;
- Experiência com mapeamento básico de processos;
- Experiência com identificação de inconsistências e não conformidades;
- Conhecimento com excel intermediário a avançado;
- Experiência com elaboração de relatórios de auditoria;
- Conhecimento de indicadores operacionais;
- Noções de gestão de riscos;
- Conhecimento básico de compliance corporativo;
- Conhecimento básico em sistemas de tecnologia e IA.
- Graduação em andamento em Ciências Contábeis.
