Job Description
Growth Engineer
GLOBALTALENT
• We're hiring an engineer who can both reason about CAC/LTV and write the code that moves it. • This is not a marketing job — it's an engineering job pointed at revenue: instrumented, production-grade systems for demand capture, lead routing, and experimentation, replacing manual workflows inside a running marketing operation. • If you've worn the growth hat and the engineering hat — instrumenting funnels, wiring data pipelines, automating the manual stuff, prototyping with whatever tool gets to a result fastest — this is that job, full-time. • AEO and inbound: surfacing in search and AI-generated answers; capture, routing, and speed-to-lead instrumented so inbound converts.
Job Requirements
- A technical background: software engineering, data engineering, or a technical IC role where you shipped production systems.
- Working code skills (Python or JavaScript) plus REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limiting, error handling.
- You've shipped real automations on platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Clay — not configured templates.
- Hands-on LLM experience: you've built things with Claude, GPT, or Gemini on your own initiative.
- Strong bias toward action: working prototype over perfect spec, energized by ambiguity.
- Genuine interest in growth: you don't need marketing experience, but this role reports into the business, not a dev team. You need to care why the funnel converts.
- Strong written and spoken English. Willing to work US Pacific-overlap hours.
Benefits
- Monthly live training sessions with senior operators from US tech companies.
- A community of engineers working on the same class of problems.
- Real career growth as the network expands.
