• Execute the full service invoice billing process • Monitor changes arising from tax reform in Brazil • Ensure correct tax classification and tax calculations • Review and validate billing documents • Provide support to accounts receivable operations • Assist with accounts receivable aging analysis • Record issued invoices and related tax entries • Participate in month-end close activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in billing processes, tax and fiscal management in corporate environments
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation related to services, including ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL
  • Fluency in Portuguese required; English proficiency is desirable
  • Proven knowledge of withholding taxes on invoices, including IRRF, CSRF, INSS, and ISS
  • Practical experience issuing electronic service invoices (NFS-e)
  • Experience reconciling accounting accounts, especially tax and revenue accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
