• Close qualified sales opportunities while consistently meeting sales targets. • Consult with B2B clients across Europe, understanding their requirements and recommending tailored signage solutions. • Build long-term relationships with major brands and agencies that generate repeat business and referrals. • Maintain an organised CRM, ensuring your pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting remain accurate and up to date. • Collaborate closely with internal design and production teams to ensure customer expectations are aligned from the beginning of each project. • Continuously improve your sales skills through coaching, training, and ongoing feedback.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a genuine passion for selling.
- Native-level German (non-negotiable).
- Good English for internal communication.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and explain complex solutions clearly.
- Excellent organisation and discipline in managing your sales pipeline and customer follow-ups.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the confidence to guide customers towards a buying decision.
- An interest in technical or customised products and the ability to learn complex solutions quickly.
