Role Description We are currently looking for multiple AEM Frontend Developers for one of the leading tech companies in the US. • Ship marketable features for Storyblok app using modern web technologies (e.g TypeScript, Vue, Vite, etc). • Own the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle, from reviewing product requirements to deliver the software reliably to customers across disciplines. • Take technical responsibility for a frontend subsystem (domain), ensuring long-term maintainability, scalability, and reliability. • Identify systemic risks and architectural bottlenecks within your domain and drive remediation proactively. • Break down ambiguous technical problems into clear strategies and executable implementation plans. • Raise engineering standards through thorough code reviews, documentation, and technical guidance. • Write technical design documents for domain-level initiatives and communicate trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Contribute hands-on in critical areas where technical depth is required, including refactoring, performance improvements, and security considerations. • Mentor engineers across projects, helping grow technical ownership and capability within the team. • Help Engineering Managers make informed technical decisions by providing clear context and recommendations. • Identify and address long-term technical improvements proactively, balancing short-term delivery with system sustainability.
