• Actively develop and enhance our strategic products in the TMS (Transportation Management System) area • Contribute technical expertise to product-related decisions • Advise business units and project teams on technical implementation options • Evaluate new technologies, technical concepts, and AI/GenAI solutions • Assess AI use cases • Support specialist discussions, effort estimations, and technical alignments • Serve as a subject-matter expert for new technologies and responsible AI use within the development team • Contribute to the further development of development processes, architecture standards, code quality, and guidelines for the use of AI in software development • Support knowledge sharing on web technologies, databases, software design, and AI-assisted development tools • Take on project-related and administrative tasks, and maintain tickets and documentation in Jira/Confluence

• Lead and oversee complex programs consisting of multiple interrelated software projects. • Coordinate multiple project managers and the involved project teams. • Analyze, prioritize and refine requirements together with customers and internal business units. • Design cross-functional technical and business solution concepts. • Establish appropriate program governance structures and manage formats such as steering committees and management reviews. • Monitor progress, quality and achievement of objectives across all program projects. • Plan, coordinate and support testing, product releases and rollouts at the program level. • Organize and facilitate workshops, alignment meetings and training within the program context.

• You advance and extend our Oracle Cloud solution for both internal and external projects. • You design and maintain cloud-based security concepts to ensure our data remains secure and performant. • You develop system solutions for software development requirements, e.g., for provisioning systems within a CI/CD pipeline. • You advise our customers throughout all project phases and help them identify the best IT solutions for their needs. • You are the primary contact for provisioning our WMS and manage the site-to-site VPN connection — in close coordination with the customer. • You stay up to date with current technologies and drive the optimization of existing IT architectures. • You support the team in technical decisions and actively contribute your experience to our strategy.

• You advise customers on appropriate logistical and technological solutions and derive concrete courses of action. • You configure and customize our systems according to project-specific requirements and ensure accurate implementation. • You test custom developments as well as the entire process chain end-to-end and ensure reliable operation in production. • You analyze existing customer processes, identify optimization potentials and formulate concrete, actionable improvement proposals. • Together with your colleagues, you rotate on-call duties (nights / weekends / public holidays). • You regularly lead or support process analysis and optimization at client sites and translate findings into practical measures. • You coordinate the recommended logistical and technological solutions closely with relevant stakeholders and ensure clarity on goals and priorities. • You create concepts and requirement specifications to provide a robust foundation for development and implementation. • You conduct workshops, trainings, and system presentations in German and English and support customers in successful adoption. • You coordinate the integration of TMS/WMS into existing ERP or third-party systems and ensure smooth interface connectivity.
