Dynamics 365 Power Platform Tester

• Design and execute test plans across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and SharePoint Online, and integrated solutions (functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT) • Validate Power Platform capabilities including document management, workflows, permissions, and user experience • Test and ensure quality across integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and related platforms • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end business processes and requirements • Document defects, test results, and maintain logs; raise risks and escalate when needed • Support user acceptance testing and provide guidance to business users • Leverage tools such as Azure DevOps, Mabl, Playwright, and other frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency • Continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and integration validation strategies

Job Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing
  • 3+ years of experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Experience validating system integrations, workflows, and data exchange across platforms
  • Familiarity with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Playwright or Mabl)
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Experience working within the SAFe framework
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Role Description We are looking for 3 Test Experts to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of complex software systems. In this role, you will take ownership of testing strategy, design test environments, and execute a full spectrum of application tests. You will work closely with development and architecture teams to validate that the final product meets high-quality standards. Responsibilities - Take responsibility for the testing strategy and plan all test activities. - Develop test plans, test cases, and design the testing environment. - Implement, execute, and debug application test cases and scripts. - Analyze functional and technical system design for testability. - Interpret test results, track defects, and report on progress, status, and trends. - Validate and document the completion of testing and development. - Collaborate closely with analysts, architects, software developers, and service desk teams to ensure top-tier quality assurance. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of overall experience in IT, including at least 4 years hands-on experience as a Tester or Test Expert. - Proven, hands-on experience testing SharePoint-based applications. - Practical experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans. - Expert knowledge of the full testing spectrum, including unit, integration, functional, performance, stress, acceptance, and regression testing. - Hands-on experience creating SQL queries. - Experience setting up test management tools for new projects, providing test documentation, and a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). - Fluent English (B2 level), confirmed by a formal certificate (specific certificate requirements to be discussed during the process). - Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Engineer level). An ICT-relevant degree is not mandatory.
