•A Business Systems Analyst acts as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions, analyzing systems and processes to recommend improvements. •This position assists with bridging the gap between analytics, operations, operations intelligence, and technology - executing business decisions and ensuring that the organization’s intelligence tools and logic models effectively enhance performance outcomes. •The ideal candidate will combine analytical and technical expertise, business acumen, and process understanding to support strategic initiatives. •Working closely with operations and cross-functional teams, the Business System Analyst helps ensure that CCMR3’s operations remain agile, data-driven, and future-focused.

• Assist in managing client/product delivery and release schedules for projects, system changes, service requests, and mandatory releases in strict accordance with client SLAs. • Hands-on configuration of proprietary software systems developed by the company according to requirements documented or reviewed by the Platform Product Owner. • Review client/product requirements analysis and High-Level Test Cases to prepare, execute, and verify functional and regression test cases. • Act as the central point of contact (via email, teleconferencing, and on-site workshops) for the delivery of specific changes and software releases. • Liaise closely with Client Delivery, Technical, and Support teams to ensure seamless compliance with client business requirements and technical specifications. • Evaluate large datasets in conjunction with the product to influence business decisions across departments. • Deliver software releases to clients, provide hands-on support during implementation, and lead on-site support, training sessions, or workshops as requested.

• Partner with business units to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and new implementations. • Translate business needs into clear, detailed specifications for IT and vendor teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Conduct gap analyses and recommend system solutions to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and loan quality. • Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring system changes meet business requirements and perform as intended. • Develop process flows, use cases, and documentation to support system changes and enhancements. • Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolutions with IT or vendors. • Assist in system configuration, setup, and maintenance for core mortgage platforms and related applications. • Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure systems meet regulatory and investor requirements. • Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and process improvements. • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure effective communication and solution delivery.

• Build internal GTM products that help Sales, RevOps, Customer Solutions, Marketing, and leadership operate with more speed, clarity, and confidence. • Ship full-stack applications across Sanity SDK apps and studios, APIs, backend services, data pipelines, automation layers, and AI-powered workflows. • Develop tools and workflows that support pipeline generation, deal execution, customer expansion, account planning, handoffs, forecasting, enablement, and GTM visibility. • Build AI-driven workflows that reduce manual work, surface insights, improve data quality, and help GTM teams make better decisions. • Create reusable patterns and paved paths for building, adopting, and extending AI-powered operational systems across GTM. • Build for trust through access control, auditability, schema quality, governance, data quality, observability, and operational resilience. • Partner with workflow champions and GTM stakeholders to move quickly from prototype to production. • Measure impact through adoption, time saved, workflow completion rates, data quality, pipeline visibility, GTM productivity, AI evals, and stakeholder feedback. • Help shape the architecture, practices, and culture of a new Systems Engineering team with a strong bias toward practical impact.
