• Own the full sales cycle by managing inbound and outbound opportunities from initial discovery through closing. • Generate and close opportunities using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft. • Convert qualified inbound leads while also building your own outbound pipeline. • Understand each prospect’s unique business needs and tailor TeamSupport’s value proposition accordingly. • Deliver engaging product presentations and confidently manage questions and objections. • Collaborate closely with business development and marketing to strengthen the sales pipeline and improve lead handoffs. • Maintain accurate and timely activity, opportunity, and forecasting information in Salesforce. • Consistently work toward individual and company revenue goals.
Job Requirements
- At least two years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
- A demonstrated record of consistent quota attainment.
- Experience generating outbound opportunities and converting qualified inbound leads.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, or similar sales tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence presenting to prospects and handling objections.
- A proactive, goal-oriented approach to sales.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment.

Role Description An Account Director is responsible for driving new business growth within a defined territory.
