Qualifications - 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in an architect-level role. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud, specifically the Advanced Therapy Module. - Active Salesforce Certified Architect credential (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect). - Experience architecting integrations between Salesforce and external systems (LIMS, ERP, EHR, logistics or courier platforms) using MuleSoft or similar tools. - Working knowledge of life sciences regulatory frameworks including 21 CFR Part 11, GxP/CSV, and HIPAA. - Strong command of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and automation (Flow, Apex). - Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate clinical or commercial operations requirements into technical architecture.
