Work Details: - Onsite or Work from Home | Bridgetowne, Quezon City - Monday to Friday | Night Shift | 8 PM - 5 AM Manila time Responsibilities: - Work closely with the OPE to identify and document tasks to deliver the project on time and within the budget. - Assist in tracking and balancing revenues and expenses for each job. - Track internal subcontractor invoices and pass-through revenue. - Manage the progression of invoices. - Conduct progress reviews with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables to meet overall requirements. - Review and quality control of internal and subcontractor invoicing prior to payment. - Assist leadership with a variety of special projects and reporting. - Meeting weekly and monthly financial goals assigned by leadership. - All other duties within your scope of work assigned by leadership. Qualifications - You have the ability to read and understand maps, drawings and diagrams for project build process. - You have strong organizational skills. - Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills. - You are able to work in a fast-paced high-volume work environment. - You are dependable, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed. - Construction Understanding is a plus. - Experience in telecom tower related or fiber is a plus.
