Regional Sales Manager – Midwest

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory • Build relationships with OEMs, contractors, wholesale distributors, and large end users • Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, trade shows, and industry events • Develop territory strategies that increase revenue, grow market share, and support long-term business objectives • Serve as the primary sales contact for customers throughout your territory • Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to introduce additional products • Understand each customer's business and provide consultative recommendations • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and consistent account activity • Represent DuraPlas professionally at customer visits, product demonstrations, trade shows, and other industry events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B environments; Plumbing, HVAC, or Industrial markets strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Experience launching or growing new project lines is a plus
- Experience working autonomously in field sales across a multi-state region
