Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 8+ years of professional software development experience with significant involvement in system and solution architecture. - Expert proficiency in one or more modern languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript). - Proven track record designing and operating containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, ARM). - Hands-on experience identifying and mitigating security risks using OWASP, SAST/DAST tools, and zero-trust principles. - Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms. - Proficiency with observability stacks (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Demonstrated success leading Agile teams using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Projects.
