Role Description As a Lead Director, Business Intelligence, you will play a critical role in supporting our Oak Street Health patients, providers and business by leading the department by providing strategic leadership and oversight for data-driven decision-making and program effectiveness. - Develop and implement comprehensive data collection and analysis strategies. - Lead the measurement and evaluation of programs. - Oversee the creation of impactful reports and visualizations. - Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights. - Foster collaboration with stakeholders. - Ensure data governance and compliance. - Drive continuous learning and skill development within the team. - Manage and optimize analytics processes, leveraging data for strategic planning. - Guide teams in delivering actionable insights to drive business outcomes. Requirements - Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred. - Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. • Collect, review, and validate W-9 and W-8 forms from vendors • Monitor vendor payments to determine reportability and applicable withholding • Support preparation and reconciliation of 1042-S filings • Assist with IRS-related audit and notice handling, and error resolution • Maintain compliance calendars and track deadlines • Partner with AP and other departments to ensure accurate vendor master data • Support audits, inquiries, and special reporting projects • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
