Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analytics, data science, health services research, or a related field. - Experience working with healthcare claims data or other complex healthcare datasets. - Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language such as Python or R. - Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, program evaluation, or causal inference methodologies. - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
