Align capability expansion with market demand and ensure effective resource allocation across the global footprint. • Partner closely with Business Development teams to position and promote the Engineering Services. Support key client engagements, contribute to strategic pitches, and build a strong and diversified client portfolio. • Define delivery models, governance frameworks, and performance metrics to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all engineering engagements. Drive scalability, utilization, and profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience (15+ years) in senior leadership roles within the video game industry, with strong exposure to engineering services, outsourcing, or scalable development models
  • Demonstrated success in building or scaling a business unit, service line, or division
  • Strong background in game engineering, technical production, or large-scale development environments
  • Deep understanding of client needs, commercial models, and market dynamics in the game development industry
  • Experience structuring and managing distributed, multi-studio teams across regions
