Role Description Mission Personal ist ein Recruiting- und Headhunting-Unternehmen aus Münster mit dem Anspruch, eine der KI-getriebensten Personalberatungen im DACH-Raum zu sein. Während andere Recruiting-Firmen noch Excel-Listen pflegen, bauen wir unsere komplette Infrastruktur selbst: ein internes ERP für unser Team, eine eigene Kandidaten- und Arbeitgeberplattform und eine KI-Schicht, die Kandidaten qualifiziert, matched und anspricht, bevor ein Mensch überhaupt eingreifen muss. Wir suchen jemanden, der diese Systeme mit uns weiterbaut - mit maximaler Eigenverantwortung und minimalem Meeting-Overhead. - Du entwickelst und pflegst unsere zentralen Systeme: unser internes ERP (Python/Flask), unsere Kandidaten- und Arbeitgeberplattform (Next.js/TypeScript) und unsere Branchenportale. - Du baust unsere KI-Schicht weiter aus: automatisierte Kandidatenqualifizierung, semantisches Matching auf Basis von Embeddings (PostgreSQL/pgvector) und KI-gestützte Kommunikation über WhatsApp und Voice-Agents. - Du entwickelst Automatisierungen, die operative Arbeit aus dem Team nehmen (AWS Lambda, Datenpipelines, Workflow-Tools). - Du triffst technische Entscheidungen selbst — von der Architektur bis zum Deployment — statt sie in Meetings abzustimmen. - Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und siehst direkt, welchen Effekt deine Arbeit auf das Geschäft hat. Qualifications - Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in Python (idealerweise Flask) und/oder Next.js/TypeScript. - Du kennst dich mit relationalen Datenbanken aus, PostgreSQL-Erfahrung und idealerweise Berührung mit Vektor-/Embedding-basierten Systemen (pgvector o.ä.). - Du hast bereits mit Cloud-Infrastruktur gearbeitet, idealerweise AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS). - Du nutzt KI-gestützte Entwicklungstools (z. B. Claude Code) aktiv als Teil deines Workflows, nicht nur gelegentlich. - Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, triffst eigene Entscheidungen und brauchst keine engmaschige Führung. - Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kommunizierst klar, auch remote und asynchron.
