We're looking for a sharp, self-directed Technical Sourcer to join our remote team. You'll be the top-of-funnel engine for our technical searches, identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across engineering, product, and data roles on behalf of our founder clients. This is a research-heavy role with a strong emphasis on creative sourcing, outbound outreach, and pipeline quality — not volume. Build targeted candidate pipelines for technical roles across a range of startup and growth-stage clients Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio sites, and other creative channels Craft personalized outreach that reflects each company's voice and stage Partner closely with our recruiting leads to understand role requirements and refine search strategies Maintain clean, organized candidate tracking and keep our team informed on pipeline health Stay current on the technical talent market, hiring trends, and compensation benchmarks
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles (engineering, product, or data)
- Proven ability to source passive talent — you know there's more to life than LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong written communication skills; your outreach gets replies
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented and organized — you treat pipeline hygiene as a craft
- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
- Nice to Have
- Experience supporting early-stage or venture-backed startups
- Understanding of software engineering roles and tech stacks
- Prior experience in a boutique search or talent partnership firm
