Qualifications - Proven experience (2+ years) managing ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and/or Google UAC, preferably across LATAM markets; - Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads/UAC, Pixel, and conversion tracking; - Experience with acquisition tools — Keitaro, Voluum, WebView Apps, iOS Apps, - Cloak Flow, PWA Apps, AdHearts, AppsFlyer, etc; - Understanding of basic marketing metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROMI, etc.); - Experience working with budgets from $50,000+ per month, with demonstrated ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitable CPAs.
