Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr. w2 JN -062026-107481 Responsibilities: - Own the OCM strategy and execution A–Z for the Jira On-Prem to Atlassian Cloud migration. - Build and execute a comprehensive change plan covering stakeholder engagement, communications, and enablement. - Conduct impact assessments and develop targeted strategies for impacted user groups. - Align change activities with program milestones and rollout phases in partnership with program and technical teams. - Drive organizational readiness, identify risks, and execute mitigation plans. - Manage resistance and increase adoption through structured engagement and communication. - Define and track adoption metrics and success measures. - Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and leaders to build alignment and advocacy. - Develop scalable enablement including quick reference guides, job aids, and self-service resources. - Create AI-generated video content using modern tooling to convert slides into training assets. - Design concise, accessible, and scalable enablement for large user populations leveraging eLearning platforms. - Use AI tools and agents to enhance communications, stakeholder analysis, and training development. - Identify opportunities to embed AI into change workflows and support stakeholder confidence in AI adoption. - Monitor emerging AI tools and propose improvements to modernize OCM delivery. Experience Requirements: - 10+ years of organizational change management experience. - Proven leadership of OCM for large-scale enterprise transformations. - Direct experience with Jira to Atlassian migrations, preferably on-prem to cloud. - Knowledge of structured change methodologies such as Prosci or similar. - Cross-functional experience with business and technical teams. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. - Business acumen and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
