Role Description The Brand Editor & Content Assembler is responsible for assembling, formatting, quality-checking, and publishing digital marketing content across our global eCommerce brands. This role ensures that all customer-facing content—email, website, and social—is technically correct, visually consistent, and aligned with brand standards prior to launch. Reporting to the eCommerce Campaigns & Retention Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of marketing assets once creative and copy are approved. You are the final operational checkpoint before content goes live, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and flawless delivery across platforms. This is a highly execution-focused role suited to someone with strong digital literacy, excellent attention to detail, and comfort working across multiple brands, tools, and workflows simultaneously. Key Responsibilities - Multi-Platform Content Assembly - Build, test, and schedule email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, including audience segmentation aligned to the content calendar. - Assemble and update landing pages, blogs, and promotional content in Shopify and Adobe Commerce (Magento). - Format, schedule, and publish organic social content across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn using Agorapulse. - Manage regional and brand-specific content variations to ensure the correct assets reach the correct audiences. - Draft and distribute monthly marketing updates to internal stakeholders as required. - Quality Assurance & Brand Governance - Perform detailed quality control checks across all content prior to launch (typos, broken links, formatting errors, brand alignment). - Manage stakeholder preview workflows for eDMs and campaigns, ensuring all feedback is accurately implemented. - Ensure all live content adheres to visual identity and tone-of-voice guidelines for each brand. - Asset Management & Administration - Maintain structured, up-to-date asset libraries in SharePoint/OneDrive, ensuring strict folder hygiene. - Organise and manage incoming UGC, influencer content, and brand assets for reuse. - Support content and asset migration for new website builds and ad-hoc brand initiatives. - Performance Reporting & Optimisation - Consolidate monthly email and social performance reporting (open rates, CTR, conversions, engagement) in collaboration with the Data team. - Support audits of existing Klaviyo flows and Shopify pages, identifying optimisation opportunities once fully embedded in systems and processes.
