• Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality of systems developed in Java. • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing, ensuring solutions meet technical and business requirements. • Collaborate with development teams to proactively identify and resolve quality issues. • Create and maintain technical documentation related to test processes and results. • Participate in planning meetings and retrospectives, contributing insights on software quality. • Monitor and report quality metrics, proposing continuous improvements to development and testing processes.
Job Requirements
- Software testing certifications, such as ISTQB.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments.
- Experience with test and bug management tools.
- Logical reasoning, commitment, organization, teamwork, proactivity, dynamism, flexibility, initiative, and responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of Java and hands-on experience in agile development environments.
- Proven experience in test automation and testing tools.
- Ability to analyze requirements and create test cases.
- Ability to work in a team and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Provides service coordination services, according to the level of need. The Service Coordinator Supervisor will be responsible for the performance of the General Service Coordination duties as well as the specific duties as assigned to each level of service. We are seeking a Service Coordinator Supervisor to support the Southeast region of Pennsylvania. This is a full time position working Monday through daylight hours and will be considered a hybrid position. • Build and maintain strong relationships with critical partners, including external suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. • Apply industry-standard Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes and tools to develop or improve supplier manufacturing processes. • Participate in supplier audits to assess manufacturing process capability, quality risks, and compliance with quality standards. • Support the resolution of supplier-related quality issues by conducting root cause analysis and driving corrective actions. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the external supply base using proven methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. • Manage Global PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Level 1–4, including VPI PPAP submissions. • Audit global PPAP submissions as per established guidelines and standards.
• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for Guidewire applications to ensure product quality and reliability. • Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and translate them into effective test cases. • Execute manual and automated tests using tools like Selenium and Cucumber to validate software functionality. • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools ensuring timely resolution and retesting. • Develop and maintain test scripts for SOAP, WSDL, and REST Web Services to ensure seamless integration and performance. • Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders highlighting key findings and areas for improvement. • Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not adversely affect existing functionality. • Utilize Core Java skills to enhance test automation frameworks and improve testing efficiency.
