QPR Process Mining Analyst

Role Description We are seeking a highly analytical QPR Process Mining Analyst to support process discovery, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will leverage QPR ProcessAnalyzer and process mining methodologies to identify process inefficiencies, uncover improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations that enhance business performance. This role requires expertise in process mining, data analysis, process mapping, business process management, and stakeholder collaboration to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Utilize QPR ProcessAnalyzer and process mining tools to analyze business processes using system event logs and transactional data. - Discover, visualize, and evaluate end-to-end business processes to identify bottlenecks, deviations, rework, and inefficiencies. - Develop process mining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. - Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple enterprise systems for process mining initiatives. - Perform process conformance analysis to compare actual process execution against defined business procedures. - Identify root causes of process delays, compliance issues, and operational inefficiencies. - Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to define process improvement opportunities. - Facilitate process discovery workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather business requirements. - Create process maps, flowcharts, and current-state/future-state process models. - Monitor process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and process mining metrics. - Support continuous improvement, business transformation, and operational excellence initiatives. - Develop recommendations to optimize process efficiency, reduce costs, improve compliance, and enhance customer experience. - Perform data quality assessments and ensure the accuracy and integrity of process mining datasets. - Prepare executive-level presentations and reports summarizing findings and recommendations. - Support automation, digital transformation, and business process management (BPM) initiatives. - Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and process owners to implement process improvements. - Assist in establishing process mining governance, standards, and best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in Process Mining, Business Process Analysis, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence. - Hands-on experience with QPR ProcessAnalyzer or other process mining platforms. - Strong understanding of process mining methodologies and business process management concepts. - Experience working with large datasets and enterprise business applications. - Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques. - Experience creating process maps, workflows, and business process documentation. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience presenting findings and recommendations to leadership teams. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with process mining tools such as QPR ProcessAnalyzer, Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath Process Mining, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies. - Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and visualization tools. - Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Experience supporting digital transformation or automation initiatives. - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
