Role Description - First line of central defense to triage Partner Managers to the right places to get issues resolved or surface enablement content. - Track data issues to ensure feedback is captured in the central trackers. - Proactively do data quality checks in the system to understand where poor data quality is affecting reporting readouts. - Coordinate with stakeholders to revise their inputs if they are inputting data that doesn't comply with our central guidance. - Resource for stakeholders as they look to drive their region's operational metrics. Qualifications - Minimum 5+ years of experience in launching or building out a CRM tool that's internal to the company. - Proven analytical skills and data interpretation skills. Proficient in SQL and data manipulation tools. - Proven project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to execute on ambiguous problem statements. - Effective communicator with the ability to work across a large and global org to guide colleagues to adopt best practices. - Proactive and resourceful to identify operational gaps and drive issue resolution independently.
