• Own end-to-end data processing of invoice data elements, review, and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness across multiple systems • Monitor complex data workflows, identify root causes of discrepancies, and implement corrective actions • Lead reporting efforts, advanced data analysis, and performance tracking for key business metrics • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data • Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and implement process improvements • Identify, propose, and help build automation solutions, using prompts (for example), to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency • Document standard operating procedures and train junior team members • Serve as an escalation point for data issues, system concerns, and cross-team troubleshooting • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to data accuracy, reporting, or system issues • Communicate with customers primarily through tickets, to gather requirements, clarify needs, and translate findings into clear explanations, while identifying pain points and recommending improvements
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strong track record of managing customer relationships or escalations
- Comfortable communicating directly with customers via email and phone
- Excellent attention to detail and ownership mentality around data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Pull, format, and distribute recurring evaluation and event reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual). • Maintain data trackers, autopull spreadsheets, and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Clean up and organize evaluation data and prepare it for review by team leaders. • Enter paper and digital evaluations and keep records up to date. • Create and manage instructor shifts in scheduling tools and process shift/no-show updates. • Support bi-weekly payroll preparation by exporting and organizing data. • Send expense and reporting reminders to instructors. • Track and reconcile travel and flight credits, and flag savings opportunities. • Coordinate new-hire onboarding and offboarding tasks, including fingerprinting reminders and record updates. • Order and issue instructor badges and create virtual classroom/meeting rooms for new instructors. • Keep instructor certifications and groupings current. • Serve as a first point of contact for instructor support requests (scheduling, logistics, travel, and platform issues). • Support program-specific tasks (e.g., rostering, badging, participant emails, and platform setup) on a seasonal basis. • Identify manual, repetitive tasks and find ways to streamline them. • Use AI tools to speed up reporting, communications, and data work, and to build more efficient workflows over time.

• The Regional Patient Access Manager (RPAM) is responsible for three (3) main functions: 1) to provide field access support services and education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), helping to maximize patient access to Company products and accelerate time to treatment. • communicating with all Specialty Pharmacies (SPs), Closed Door Pharmacies (CDPs) – including Genoa, and Patient-Physician Services (HUB partner) in support of Neurocrine Biosciences marketed products in the U.S. • building and upholding the integrity of Neurocrine Biosciences pharmacy distribution network by conducting all vetting activities within an assigned geography, including communication of approval, and denial or any subsequent removal from the network. • Provide support & education to all HCP entities on coverage issues for on-label prescriptions for Company products already in process; access support services, processes and forms; education on payer specific coverage issues and Company patient financial support programs. • Subject matter expert on regional and national payer coverage policies & processes. • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with field sales, network pharmacies, market access, commercial analytics and operations. • Work closely with Payer Marketing, creating material useful in building customers’ awareness of critical coverage requirements. • In addition, the RPAM will be a key operational professional ensuring the distribution network is operating at the highest levels of effectiveness by utilizing end-user feedback.
