Role Description The Premier Partner Experience team is seeking a customer-focused and motivated Operational Support Expert to support partners and deliver exceptional partner experiences. In this role, you will act as a primary operational point of contact, resolve complex partner issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner programs and products. Key Responsibilities - Partner Support (Up to 80%) - Serve as the primary Operations point of contact for partners - Respond to inbound partner inquiries related to product features, bugs, and operational issues - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively - Identify recurring partner issues and communicate insights to cross-functional teams - Improve and operationalize processes to enhance the partner experience - Operational Improvement (Up to 20%) - Improve support workflows related to issue resolution and product insights - Develop subject matter expertise in products and issue areas - Build and maintain a centralized internal knowledge base - Train new team members on workflows, processes, and internal tools Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, technical support, or partner/account management - Strong issue-resolution skills with experience handling complex tickets - Experience using Excel and/or basic data and insights tools - Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proactive mindset with adaptability and eagerness to learn - Fluency in business-level English Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the media, technology, or platform support industry - Prior experience in operations or partner support roles - Familiarity with APIs or technical troubleshooting concepts Additional Information As part of a global team, occasional meetings outside standard working hours may be required. Employees may adjust their schedules accordingly while maintaining a standard 8-hour workday.
