Role Description Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to drive the design, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across the company. This role will play a key part in shaping and implementing innovative strategies aimed at user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Campaign Management: Own the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns across the company, from initial concept and design to execution and post-campaign analysis. - Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and produce engaging marketing content for various channels, including email, push notifications, web content, social media, and more, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives. - Campaign Execution & Optimization: Design and implement creative marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition, retention, and driving revenue, continually optimizing for performance based on data insights. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to align on campaign objectives and ensure cohesive messaging. - Market Insights & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and market trends to provide actionable insights, recommend improvements, and report on key metrics to stakeholders. - Adaptability & Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to evolving business needs and challenges, ensuring the marketing strategy remains innovative and competitive in a fast-moving industry. - Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned, supporting broader company marketing initiatives and contributing to company growth. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience working in a Crypto Exchange or related setup (e.g., Decentralized Exchanges/Crypto Applications). - Proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a related field. - Strong content creation skills with experience in email, web, social media, and other digital platforms. - Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns for improved performance. - Excellent project management skills and ability to work across teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
