Success In This Role Looks Like - In the First 90 Days: Facebook channel operations are running smoothly with clear ownership of strategy, reporting, and execution. - A structured testing roadmap is in place and actively generating insights. The team is aligned, accountable, and performing at a high level. - Ongoing Success: Consistent growth in clicks from the channel and subsequent outgoing clicks from KCL referred by Facebook, alongside improved Meta Monetization efficiency and affiliate revenue contribution. - Strong engagement rates and continued audience growth across Facebook pages and groups. - A proactive, data-driven approach to platform changes, supported by a high-functioning, autonomous team. Qualifications - 5–8+ years of experience in social media, with deep expertise in Facebook performance and traffic generation. - Proven track record of scaling high-volume posting strategies and driving measurable growth. - Experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action. - Deep understanding of Facebook algorithms, engagement drivers, and content performance. - Experience with testing frameworks, reporting tools, and social platforms. - Background in e-commerce, digital media, or deal-driven content strongly preferred. Traits That Thrive at KCL - Own It Out Loud (Humility): We build trust through honest ownership and visible effort to do better — not by pretending we never miss. - Deliver Outcomes That Matter (Impact): We define success by results that move the business forward, not just activity or intention. - Drive Momentum (Initiative): Momentum is a team sport — we step in, bridge gaps, and clear blockers instead of waiting for someone else. - Clear Is Kind (Candor): We give feedback with honesty and empathy, knowing that real growth starts with real talk. - Shared Success (Generosity): We go the extra mile for your teammates, our shoppers, and our partners—because that’s who we are. Benefits - Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000 - Home Office Perks: We set you up for success with a company-provided laptop. - Financial & Retirement Benefits: A 401(k) with a 4% company match and multiple bonus opportunities. - Community & Culture: Regular team check-ins, company-wide meetings, and a commitment to giving back through our KCL Foundation and service initiatives. Physical Requirements - Use of Fingers: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling. - Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. - Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and making fine discriminations in sound. - Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. - Close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. - Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned. - Subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.

Role Description Markup AI is building the category for AI content control, and we're hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to own the function that drives pipeline. This is a builder's role: you'll set the strategy for how content, campaigns, and lifecycle marketing work together to generate demand, and you'll execute alongside an AI-native workflow rather than a traditional headcount-heavy team. You report to the VP of Marketing and own outcomes, not a task list. What You'll Own - Content & Audience Growth - Set the editorial and social strategy that builds audience and authority, and direct execution against it. - Own email as a growth channel, including newsletters and nurture programs that convert and retain, not just inform. - Use performance data to decide what to scale, evolve, or test next. - Pipeline & Demand Generation - Own the demand generation engine end-to-end, including campaign strategy, channel mix, and execution across paid social, content launches, webinars, and partner co-marketing. - Drive measurable growth in pipeline contribution, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and campaign ROI; you're accountable to the number, not just activity. - Build and continuously refine the lead lifecycle in HubSpot, including attribution, scoring, segmentation, and the marketing-to-sales handoff. - Partnerships & Brand Programs - Direct partner co-marketing strategy and prioritize where it drives pipeline versus brand awareness only. - Set standards for brand and creative consistency across all growth channels, working with outside creative resources to execute as needed. - AI-Native Operations - Build and own AI-assisted workflows across the function, including content production, campaign QA, reporting, and research, so the team operates leaner and faster than a traditional org chart would suggest. - Continuously evaluate new AI tools and approaches, and make the call on what's worth adopting versus what's hype. Qualifications - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with direct ownership of pipeline or revenue outcomes, ideally at a SaaS or AI company. - Track record of building and scaling a growth or demand function, not just executing within one. - Deep HubSpot fluency, including workflows, attribution, lead scoring, lifecycle management, reporting. - A builder of AI-assisted marketing workflows, not just a comfortable user of AI tools. - Strong analytical instincts; you make channel and budget decisions from data, not instinct alone. - Excellent written and verbal communicator, comfortable presenting strategy and results to executive leadership. - Experience managing external partners, agencies, and vendors with minimal oversight. Benefits - A flat, informal hierarchy and quick decision-making processes. - Support in getting up to speed. - Teammates of all ages and backgrounds. - You’ll join a really international team of friendly, dynamic people who are passionate about their jobs.
