The Finance and Accounting group manages all aspects of our finances and serves as trusted advisors for all our strategic and enterprise endeavors. Along with managing compilation of our financial statements, looking after our cash and overseeing compliance, we partner closely with the business in overseeing company wide resource allocation, developing cutting edge compensation initiatives and generating detailed financial analyses to drive the business forward. We also develop advanced capital strategies to support the company's short- and long-term future. In this hybrid role, you will report to the Head of Business Finance. You will: - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles for Tech teams, investigating budget gaps and proactive risk mitigation strategies - Partner with Tech teams to achieve cost benchmarks, managing spend and helping teams make trade-offs to optimize financial targets - Own end-to-end financial analysis for Tech projects, implementing processes to streamline analysis and ensure validated financials before executive review - Help shape Tech strategy and optimize spend to ensure individual transactions serve the broader long-term roadmap - Act as the finance liaison for the "gate" approval process, ensuring material reviews and buy-ins are finalized at each team level - Orchestrate the internal chain of command by preparing strategic pre-read materials and deal reviews to move projects toward final executive sign-off. You have: - BA/BS or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field - 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance FP&A, management consulting, or corporate strategy - Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling with the ability to distill complex data into a clear story for decision-making - A proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and form strong relationships at the executive level - A self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and the ability to navigate an unstructured, fast-paced environment We prefer: - MBA, CPA, or experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or Big 4 accounting - Industry background in Automotive, Contract Manufacturing, or high-growth Technology sectors - Deep understanding of leading-edge hardware and software technologies - Exceptional skills in financial systems and productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, SQL, SAP, and Google Workspace) - Experience executing at scale with an emphasis on translating financial insights into operational recommendations The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
