Store Manager Trainee

• Together with the store manager, you are responsible for a JYSK store • You take initiative to positively influence key figures (KPIs) and motivate the team to deliver excellent results • You implement and maintain store concepts and routines • You enjoy being active and performing physical work, acting as a role model by taking responsibility for sales and the store’s routine tasks

Job Requirements

  • Experience in leading and developing teams is a plus
  • You are driven, communicative, and create a positive and respectful working environment
  • Willingness to take responsibility for your future own store and its results
  • You are goal-oriented and strive for excellent results
  • Willingness to work Saturdays, with one weekday off in compensation
  • Excellent German language skills (minimum C1), spoken and written
