• Create, maintain, and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and other project documentation. • Design and integrate PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for the automation of renewable energy generation applications. • Perform the work for the integration of substation systems and devices, including protective relays, RTACs (Real-Time Automation Controllers), and communication networks. • Leads, tests, and troubleshoots electrical control systems under the guidance of upper-level integrators or independently to ensure proper functionality and performance. • Perform on-site field commissioning activities, such as system installation, device power up, and network troubleshooting. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and adhere to relevant industry standards and safety regulations, including NERC CIP. • Learn and adapt to new technologies and programming techniques.

• Lead annual strategy sessions with institutional stakeholders to align campus goals with their PeopleGrove platform. • Set clear targets and give direction on platform usage based on each institution's priorities. • Map platform capabilities to the institution's broader student success, advancement, or enrollment goals. • Check in on progress against strategic targets and adjust the plan as institutional priorities change. • Identify opportunities to expand platform usage in ways that support the institution's goals. • Balance one-to-one strategic guidance with one-to-many programming. • Shape the direction of client-facing events, including webinars, conferences, campus visits and PeopleGrove hosted events. Identify opportunities to plan, organize and attend the ones that matter most to the portfolio. • Serve as the voice of the collective client inside PeopleGrove, sharing and providing feedback with CS Leadership, Product and Engineering. • Own the renewal strategy for your portfolio, including forecasting, timing, and negotiation. • Identify risk metrics and monitor account health; work with your Engagement Manager team to identify and intervene early on accounts at risk. • Identify up- and cross-sell opportunities to tee up to New Sales team. • Serve as the senior point of contact for institutional leadership within your portfolio. • Represent your clients' priorities internally, working with Product, Support, and Sales to close gaps and inform the roadmap. • Build a network of institutional champions who can speak to the value of the PeopleGrove partnership. • Manage and coach a team of Engagement Managers, setting priorities and reviewing progress against adoption goals. Support Engagement Mangers in building and implementing a scalable engagement strategy for portfolio of clients. • Run regular one-on-ones and support the professional growth of your team. • Help onboard and train new Engagement Managers as the team grows. • Track monthly gross and net retention rates, logo retention, account health, and adoption metrics across your portfolio. • Report on portfolio performance and flag risk early enough to act on it. • Use data to decide where your team should focus its engagement efforts.

Role Description The Cash Posting Representative plays a critical role in Digitech’s revenue cycle operations by accurately posting, allocating, and reconciling payments received from Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance carriers, and patients. This position ensures that all incoming payments are correctly recorded and that client accounts remain balanced and up to date. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to maintaining precision in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role reports to the Manager of the Cash Posting Department and is 100% remote. - Receive, process, and reconcile payments from multiple sources, including electronic funds transfers (EFTs), paper checks, and credit card transactions. - Accurately post payments and adjustments to patient accounts in accordance with payer rules, internal procedures, and client-specific requirements. - Perform daily balancing of assigned client accounts, ensuring that all payments, deposits, and batch totals align with financial documents and internal records. - Reconcile transactions against bank statements and related documentation to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly. - Research and resolve posting variances, missing payment details, misapplied funds, and other exceptions to support accurate account maintenance. - Maintain timely and detailed documentation of all posting activities, reconciliations, and variances in alignment with department standards. - Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments, including Billing, Payment Posting, and Client Support, to resolve complex posting issues. - Support special projects such as bulk reconciliations, process improvements, or new client onboarding as assigned by the Cash Posting Manager. - Additional job duties as assigned.
