Job Description

BIM Specialist

JobStack, Inc.

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D BIM models and construction drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360/ACC, Navisworks, and Bluebeam Revu. • Design and model: Structured Cabling Systems, Security Systems, Audio Visual Systems, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Outside Plant Infrastructure, Other low-voltage technologies. • Participate in BIM coordination meetings with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve clashes and maintain model accuracy. • Interpret BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Design Intent documents, and project requirements. • Assist the Design Director and VDC Manager in developing and maintaining BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows. • Make recommendations regarding BIM software, hardware, training, and process improvements. • Produce 3D renderings for customer proposals, including conference rooms, data centers, and IDF/MDF spaces. • Perform electronic takeoffs using Autodesk products and Bluebeam. • Support both BIM modeling and traditional 2D CAD drafting as project needs require. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. • Continuously expand technical knowledge of BIM software and low-voltage technologies. • Collaborate with team members and provide guidance and support to junior designers when opportunities arise.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of BIM, drafting, or design experience in one or more of the following: Low Voltage Security Systems, Structured Cabling, Information Technology, Instrumentation & Controls, Electronics
  • Associate's degree or technical education in Electronics, Information Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with: AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of: IP networking, Low-voltage electronics, Power and communications systems
  • Ability to produce accurate, organized, and visually appealing construction drawings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn new technologies and industry best practices.
  • Experience with any of the following is highly desirable: Access Control Systems, IP or Analog CCTV, Intrusion Detection Systems, Client-Server Security Platforms, Microsoft SQL Servers and Storage Arrays, Microsoft Visio, Construction field experience, Experience working with BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Role Description The Cash Posting Representative plays a critical role in Digitech’s revenue cycle operations by accurately posting, allocating, and reconciling payments received from Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance carriers, and patients. This position ensures that all incoming payments are correctly recorded and that client accounts remain balanced and up to date. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to maintaining precision in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role reports to the Manager of the Cash Posting Department and is 100% remote. - Receive, process, and reconcile payments from multiple sources, including electronic funds transfers (EFTs), paper checks, and credit card transactions. - Accurately post payments and adjustments to patient accounts in accordance with payer rules, internal procedures, and client-specific requirements. - Perform daily balancing of assigned client accounts, ensuring that all payments, deposits, and batch totals align with financial documents and internal records. - Reconcile transactions against bank statements and related documentation to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly. - Research and resolve posting variances, missing payment details, misapplied funds, and other exceptions to support accurate account maintenance. - Maintain timely and detailed documentation of all posting activities, reconciliations, and variances in alignment with department standards. - Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments, including Billing, Payment Posting, and Client Support, to resolve complex posting issues. - Support special projects such as bulk reconciliations, process improvements, or new client onboarding as assigned by the Cash Posting Manager. - Additional job duties as assigned.
