Sales Contact Centre Manager
Wingman Group
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales contact centre team • Drive sales performance by improving conversion rates, productivity, and revenue • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and provide performance insights • Conduct call monitoring, quality assurance, and coaching sessions • Develop and improve sales scripts, scorecards, and QA frameworks • Manage team occupancy, adherence, scheduling, and workforce productivity • Collaborate with operational managers to resolve customer and booking escalations • Improve CRM hygiene, lead management, dialer strategies, and sales processes • Deliver regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing a sales contact centre or call centre team
- Experience leading inbound and/or outbound sales teams
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue targets
- Experience coaching and developing sales representatives through QA and performance management
- Experience building or scaling sales operations, processes, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and performance dashboards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Australian market experience (Preferred)
- Automotive, finance, subscription, or similar sales industry experience (Preferred)
- Experience working with offshore and onshore teams (Preferred)
