• Partner with the Portfolio Director to define, track, and communicate strategic priorities • Drive cross-portfolio initiatives • Facilitate effective communication across the leadership team • Act as a trusted advisor and sometimes Deputy to the Portfolio Director • Serve as a central point of contact between the portfolio and Vesta Software Group’s central functions • Lead or support high-impact projects • Oversee preparation of portfolio dashboards, performance reports, and operational insights

• Design, develop, and execute healthcare data analyses supporting mid‑revenue cycle consulting services • Apply critical thinking and advanced analytical techniques across multiple data sources • Perform centralized, repeatable analytical processes including data mapping, validation, and quality assurance • Extract, analyze, and interpret healthcare data from Huron’s analytics platform • Design and build data visualizations, dashboards, and standardized reports • Package analytical insights into clear, client‑ready deliverables • Contribute to the development of next‑generation metrics, insights, and analytical capabilities • Partner with stakeholders to implement new technologies

• Provide high-quality, timely, scientific/strategic solutions to meet client needs. • Understand client objectives and develop evidence delivery using innovative strategies. • Lead conduct and analysis of research to shape strategic recommendations under guidance of Project Director. • Execute SLR tasks: screening, data extraction, protocol design, quantitative feasibility. • Prepare synthesis and review of findings. • Develop SLR deliverables: reports, slide decks, manuscripts, abstracts, posters. • Produce quality work aligned with expectations of Project Lead/Manager and clients. • Work within broad project guidelines under Project Director/Technical SMEs. • Take initiative to prioritize work while aligning with Project Lead and Line Manager. • Follow and implement organization’s consulting models and methodologies. • Identify internal/project issues, escalate with proposed solutions.

• Support the delivery of all required start-up contracting activities for selected sponsors, studies or multi-protocol programs • Develop simple investigator grant estimates and proposal text to support the proposal development process • Utilize and maintain contract and budget templates and contracting systems, tools, processes, and training materials • Ensure collaboration with sponsors, stakeholders and RSU regions and countries • Provide specialist operational and financial contracting support • Assist in the creation and/or review of core scientific, technical and administrative documentation • Contribute to the collection, interpretation, analysis and dissemination of accurate contracting intelligence • Ensure overall contracting efficiency and adherence to project timelines and financial goals • Comply with contract management and quality standards • Provide administrative and operational support to investigator site contract analysts, managers and directors • Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans.
